Is Every Item In Your Store Available For Purchase Online?

The selection of merchandise available in our online store is a representative sample of the classic decor and gift items from across our store.  We are a small specialty store and our merchandise changes often!  If you are interested in something you don’t see on our website, simply call our store during business hours and we will be delighted to help you make a selection over the phone.

How Will I Receive My Order?

You have 2 options!

  1. You are welcome to pick up your order at the store.  If this is your choice we’ll be glad to hold it until you arrive.
  2. All shipments are sent via UPS from our store in Dallas, Texas.  You will receive tracking information from UPS once your order is shipped.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

That depends on the distance your order will travel; however the majority of orders will arrive within 2-3 days.


May I Have An Online Order Gift Wrapped?

Of course!  Simply select “gift wrapping” on our Shopping Page and follow the prompts.  If you are purchasing multiple items and only want one item gift wrapped, just let us know which item is to be wrapped in the “Notes” section during Check Out.  You may select from among several Gift Wrapping themes.


May I Cancel An Online Order?

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.  You may call the store during business hours to inquire whether your order has shipped.  We are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm, CST.


Do You Accept Returns?

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase; however, if you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return your order within 30 days of receipt.  Please call the store or email us at smwe@sbcglobal.net if there is an issue when your order arrives.  Food purchases are the exception and may not be returned.

Should you wish to return merchandise please use one of the following options:

  1. Return the item(s) in person with receipt, to our store.
  2. Return the item(s) via UPS, with a copy of your receipt and use the return label in your shipping package.

A full refund, minus shipping charges, will be credited upon our receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
