Los Angeles-based interior designer Mark Sikes is renowned for creating classic and traditional spaces that reflect his personal style — timeless, spirited, and All-American. Mark has a talent for creating beautiful and timeless interiors that embody an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. His projects range from work at The White House and Blair House and the Kips Bay Showhouse to private residences all across the country.
In Forever Beautiful, his third book in the trilogy of Beautiful and More Beautiful, he takes the reader to twelve homes in a multitude of styles all over the country and beyond. Among them is a sleek and modern mountain retreat in Vail, Colorado; a waterside Regency Revival estate in Bermuda; a fairy-tale chalet in Sun Valley, Idaho; and a Mediterranean former horse stable in Hollywood. While each of these homes is distinctly different from another, they were all largely inspired by one thing: the natural beauty outside their doors. He is known for All American style and a fresh take on classical aesthetics, and it clearly resonates with us all.
